Zai Azizi, ex-vocalist of The Act (a part of the old Chaos Kuala Pilah or Chaos KP kids of the 90s) died at the age of 30, last Thursday in his house, Kuala Pilah. He was suffering from lung-related complications.
Condolences from all of us to his family and friends.

the ACT actually tak ada lah proper demo – cuma rehearsel tape yang agak OK OK soundnya that time, could consider as demo..
the ACT adalah salah satu band dari Kuala Pilah yang banyak main gigs that time,beside the bollocks tapi bagi aku – 76 seconds (tom bollocks main guitar) is more promising …
aku ada tape tu without cover (tak tahu lah kalau dorang ada cover atau tidak) tapi kena cari di bawah katil – kalau tak hilang lah.

Takziah diatas pemergian beliau,sebelum ni am drummer The Act pun telah meninggalkan kita.Yang masih tinggal Najip(gitar) dan sasman(bass).Last aku jumpa sewaktu bollocks perform at Blue Planet 2003,kalu perasan dia datang hugging us sewaktu kitorang perform dan terus duduk kt depan drum kit.Terharu gak aku tahu dia nak kembali aktif dan will support k.pilah new band Exotica yang akan perform 30 december nih at CM annexe.People within Piccadilly era sure known him better.

the thing i remember about zai was his great sense of humor-i was closer to adik bollocks but he used to hang out with us all the time at the kp bus station-the kp crew was a tight-ass crew-they really took me in when i was berayeing at adiks house around…it must have been 95 i think-and then you guys start talking about the early/mid-90’s scene-ah-u.s.s. used to cover ‘i’m gonna crash’ during rehearsals-it’s funny but i wasn’t into girl bands or bands fronted by girls-now i’m obsessed with them-obstacle upsurge was another good singaporean all girl band-there was a few on OAG’s label but they were more..poppy?i can’t find the right words to describe them-but back to the kp scene-another good band that came out of there was 76 seconds it was tom from the bollocks side-project-seremban had seasonal abyss and a ton of quasi-tough guy hardcore bands-i helped adik with some of the lyrics/riffs/ arrangements for that first official release-not the demo i’m talking about after they discovered rancid-see adik was hanging out with me at boy t-shirts house-we had a guitar kapok laying around so we just fucked around a little bit and came up with some chords and lyrics-you’re bound to-this was before enslaved chaos-it was fun- adik was a great musician-he’s very humble about it-that’s how i got to go back with him to pilah-we left from boys house-i had a point of trying to hang out with people from all over the country-the only region i was a little weak on was the northern states..but i digress
