Tuesday, 3rd to Sunday, 15th June 2008: Cut Sick’s SEA Tour

image

Cut Sick is an excellent Melbourne trio playing it hard, fast and intense, with a sound reminding me of mid-80s Aussie-punk favourites MassAppeal (everyone should get their “Nobody Likes a Thinker” rerelease!) and also the more manic, off-kilter moments by The Hard-Ons (get Hard-On’s Love is a Battlefield album here). Sure faves for the veterans out there!

Here’s a clip of them playing inside the Melbourne store Missing Link last year (when they were still a quartet, it seems)
